DIRECTIONS TO KIRKWOOD SOCCER COMPLEX
RIVER ROAD/RT 9
NEW CASTLE, DE

1. Cross the Delaware Memorial Bridge, keeping to the two left lanes after tolls and follow I-295 SOUTH TO I-95 SOUTH.
2. Follow I-95 SOUTH approx 3 miles to Exit 4A, the exit for Routes 1 & 7 SOUTH and Christiana Mall Road.
3. Follow Route 1 past the Christiana Mall to Exit 156B (LEFT LANE EXIT) for Route 13 NORTH.
4. On the exit ramp, keep to the left for Route 13 NORTH towards Wilmington and follow Route 13 approx. 1.5 miles to Federal School Lane. There is no light at Federal School Lane. Look for the "Soccer Complex" sign.
5. Turn right onto Federal School Lane (approx 1 mile past the light at the Wawa.)  
6. Follow Federal School Lane to the dead end then turn left onto River Road (Route 9 North).   The KSC Soccer Complex is just ahead on the left.

1. Cross the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Keep RIGHT after the tolls and and take the first exit after the toll plaza for Route 9 SOUTH-New Castle.
2. Follow Route 9 SOUTH. A little over two miles south of the bridge, follow signs for Route 9 as it bears RIGHT at a "Y" junction with Route 273 (where it joins that route)
3. Continue on Rts 9/273 as it bears to the right at the traffic light at HAPPY HARRY'S
4. Continue on Route 9 by turning LEFT at the next traffic light onto Washington Street. (At this intersection, traffic for Route 141 turns right and traffic for Route 273 stays straight. There is a large church on the far right at this interstection.)
5. Turn RIGHT as this street dead ends at a 3-way stop sign.
6. Continue south on Route 9 for approximately 3 miles to the Kirkwood Soccer Complex on the right WATCH YOUR SPEED ON THIS ROAD.
